This is a highly responsible professional supervisory position with direct responsibility for the organization and administration of the following divisions: Building Maintenance, Engineering, Inspections and Compliance,
Floodwall, Landfill, Motor Pool, Sanitation and Street. Graduation from a four-year college or university with a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering; minimum of five (5) years of experience in civil engineering, including two (2) years of supervisory and administrative experience; and registration as a Professional Engineer in the State of West Virginia.
