Looking for next steps to help your community combat the opioid epidemic?

Take the Operation Prevention pledge.

Ensure that your community has the tools it needs to make smart, informed choices when prescribed or presented with the opportunity to experiment with opioids.

The WVDEP Office of Environmental Remediation is currently reviewing and enhancing the Voluntary Remediation Program.  Internal changes have already—and will continue—to be implemented to streamline the program; however, additional improvements are being considered.  OER is soliciting feedback and recommendations from all stakeholders now through January 31, 2018.

OER is looking for feedback from all VRP stakeholders, including Licensed REmediation Specialists, VRP applicants, attorneys, consultants, and industry representatives.

Share your insights and recommendations for this key program.
