Scott Depot, WV – On Wednesday, July 15th, Triad Engineering, Inc. (Triad) will kick off a year-long recognition of providing 40 years of engineering and design solutions for its clients, partners and communities.

Founded in Morgantown in July 1975 as a geotechnical engineering consultant, Triad has grown from a three man start-up to a strong and diverse regional firm with nearly 200 employees and seven office locations across the mid-Atlantic. Today, the firm provides geotechnical, civil and mining engineering, environmental consulting, land surveying, drilling, construction monitoring, and materials testing to a wide range of clients in education, energy, government, healthcare, land development, transportation and other business sectors.  

 

2015 also marks another milestone for the company—its 20th year as an employee-owned firm. Triad’s Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP) provides every employee with a vested ownership interest in the company. Triad’s ESOP program has created employee loyalty and longevity—ensuring the firm’s projects are managed by employees dedicated to professionalism and quality—complementing Triad’s history and experience in the mid-Atlantic region.
