WVDEP Seeking Input on Voluntary Remediation Program
The WVDEP Office of Environmental Remediation is currently reviewing and enhancing the Voluntary Remediation Program. Internal changes have already—and will continue—to be implemented to streamline the program; however, additional improvements are being considered. OER is soliciting feedback and recommendations from all stakeholders now through January 31, 2018.
OER is looking for feedback from all VRP stakeholders, including Licensed REmediation Specialists, VRP applicants, attorneys, consultants, and industry representatives.
