Requires individual with demonstrated leadership and management ability; comprehensive knowledge of municipal finance, budgeting, procurement, personnel, and public sector operations; and demonstrated experience overseeing large-scale construction projects and managing municipal facilities and physical assets. Bachelor’s degree in public administration, business administration, finance, accounting, engineering, or related field. Salary range $105,140-$111,889; excellent fringe benefits. Valid driver’s license.
